What you need to know

First contact will be made by the client via a telephone call or email. The referral form will be provided to be completed by the client.

The completed referral form will be returned to us and the administration fee will be paid.We will create a family file based on the referral form and arrange the pre-visits with the involved parties.

Parents will visit our location separately. Aspects of the family’s case will be discussed and information shared about the nature of our services.Service agreements will be signed.

A risk-assessment will be conducted based on the pre-visits and referral form.Available slots will be assigned and finalised.

Sessions begin on agreed upon times.Contact takes place at agreed location.All parties adhere to the service agreements.

The resident-parent is not permitted to remain on the premises.The child/children and non-resident parent can use all toys and items provided in the space.A supervisor will create the report.

The child/children will return with resident parent.Non-resident parent will tidy the area.

The report will be completed and sent to the resident and non-resident parent. Sessions will continue and will come to a close at the end of the agreed period.
